MY EXPERIENCE

 

ONE YEAR AFTER I ENDED MY WORKS AT SUNTRIKE, KNEW TANGO PROJECT EXUCUTIVE, WHO INVITE ME TO WORK IN YOUR PROJECT .

   SINCE MY RELATION WITH SUNTRIKE WAS FINISHED, I SAID YES.

 

   THEN HE SHOWS ME THE BODYWORKS, SOME FRP BODY PARTS AND ONE UNFINISHED CHASSIS, SO WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER COMPONENTS

   THIS HAPPENS BY MAY 2006 AND A DEMO PROTOTYPE MUST BE READY FOR JUNE. SO NO TIME TO WAISTE, WE STILL HAD TO SEE WHERE WOULD BE THE PLACE TO WORK.

   BECAUSE DIRTY POWDER  WHILE GRINDING FRP PART, IT WAS LITTLE FAR.

   DONE THE NEW FACILITIES, WE START TO WORK , BY FIRST TO MAKE THE UNFINISHED PARTS,THEN MOUNTING ABOVE THE CHASSIS, LIKE A PUZZLE. 

   BUT , TAKE IT EASY MAN, THERE WERE LOTS OF THING UNSOLVED,AND DESIGN MUST BE IMPROVED,  WEIGHT WILL BE REDUCED, ALSO SHIPPMENT COST MUST BE IN CONSIDERATION.

   BECAUSE ALL THOSE PARAMETERS, I `V RESTUDIED THE PROJECT  ,SHORTENED IN 10 INCHES TO ALLOW LOW SHIPMENT COST,ALSO LOWERING OVERALL WEIGHT.

   TO DO THOSE MODIFICATIONS, TURN IN ON MY GRINDING, CUT , AND CUT.

   NOW WE HAVE A MORE COMPACT FRAME , BUT IT MUST BE REDESIGNED , ALSO THE REAR  BODY WAS REDESIGNED, BY MY WITH THE TEAM APROVAL.

   NOW WE DO ANOTHER CHASSIS, LIGHTER THAN FIRST, SHORTED, AND MORE EASY TO BUILT.

   BECAUSE THERE WERE NO MORE TIME TO MAKE A  NEW BODY IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH ,THE WINDSCREEN AND CLEAR ROOF, WERE DEVELOPED, I MUST DO PROTOTYPE, MOULD AND CURVE POLICARBONATE PLASTIC .

   WHEN JULY 4 , THE DAY INVESTOR CAME FROM MIAMI TO SEE HOW TANGO RIDES, THE WORK WAS  DONE.

   INVESTORS WERE HAPPY TO SEE A DIFERENT SCOOTER CAR, IT RIDES LIKE A CAR, AND LOOK LIKE A SMALL ONE.

   BUT THE PROBLEMS WERE HIDDEN UNDER THE PLASTIC BODY,IT HAS NO STABILITY WHEN RIGTH TURNS, NO GOOD TOP SPEED, AND THE FIRST TWO STROKE  ENGINE HAS NO POWER , ALSO  TRANSMISION BELT SAYS NO MORE MOVEMENT.

   FRONT SUSPENSION COIL SPRINGS PROVIDE A SOFT RIDE, BUT IN A WEEK OF TESTING THEY GO BY TWO INCHES DOWN AND DON`T  WORK  ANYMORE.

   TOO MUCH PROBLEMS, AND ALSO NO GOOD PAYMENTS , MAKE ME TURN SO UNHAPPY.

JULY 4 DEADLINE ...

THIS BELOW WAS THE INITIAL DESIGN FROM TANGO DESIGNER,REDRAWING  BY ME, THIS IS THE LONG INITIAL DESIGN, WITH STRAIGTH B PILARS.

AFTER JULY 4.....

THIS IS ONE OF MY DESIGN TANGO IMPROVEMENTS FOR.ITS A STAR WAR COMMAND TYPE,IT HAS ACCELERATOR AT RIGHT AND MOST ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS AT CENTER LEFT.ALSO ALLOWS TO PUT SRS AIRBAG PROTECTION SISTEM,AN SCOOTER AIR BAG EQUIPPED!!!

AS CAN SEEN HERE ,IN MY TANGO PAGE , SEAT HEAD REST WERE FIXED TO  THE  TURNOVER PROTECTION BAR,WHILE SEATBELTS HAVE A HIGHER ATTACHMENT TOBE MORE EFFECTIVE AND CONFORTABLE.THESE AND OTHER QUALITY PARTS WEREN`T AVAILABLE PRODUCTION CARS FOR.

MY HISTORY ENDS HERE BECAUSE  THE FIRM DON`T PERFORM PAYMENTS PROMISED TO ME.
